Ginger-Blue wins under the watchful eye of her breeder

The fifteenth international victory of Ginger-Blue (s.Plot Blue) was a very special one. This mare, sold as a foal at the Limburg Foal Auction, won the Big Tour 1.50m class at CSI3* Eindhoven yesterday, under the proud gaze of her breeder Pieter Verberne.

In 2022, Ginger-Blue (Plot-Blue x Royal Bravour) was named Horse of the Year at the Limburg Foal Auction, eleven years after she wewas auctioned there. With Ben Maher, she has already secured many international victories, such as the 1.60m Grand Prix at CSI5* Paris and the 1.55m Grand Prix at CSI4* Valkenswaard. This week, in her home country, she once again made headlines by effortlessly winning the Henders&Hazel Big Tour in Eindhoven. Ben Maher and Ginger-Blue were almost two seconds faster than the runner-up. Perhaps the proud encouragement from breeder Piet Verberne played a role in their success.
