Pagani of the Paddocks approved by KWPN
11 December 2023
Formerly known as Utoki of the Paddocks, the Catoki son Pagani of the Paddocks is now officially approved for the KWPN studbook. Bred by Anthony Mornie, this grey stallion made a positive impression during the performance test, three years after being sold at the Limburg Foal Auction.
Genetically, Pagani of the Paddocks is highly interesting, as his dam Lewinsky (s.Corofino I) is a half-sister to the Olympic top sire Clinton, who made great progress under Dirk Demeersman. As a foal, Pagani already stood out with his appealing conformation and light-footed canter. These qualities have not diminished as a three-year-old, earning him the KWPN breeding approval today. Sold at the Limburg Foal Auction to Jeff Nelson, he was raised and prepared for the stallion approvals at Stal Hendrix. With four times an 8 for the jumping elements and praised comments on his willingness, rideability, and use of his body, Pagani of the Paddocks demonstrated great promise for both sport and breeding in the performance test. Congratulations to the breeder and owners on this success!
